Executive Search is a pro-active and discrete method, generally without resorting to advertising, in which we identify the best available people from our research, contacts, databases and knowledge of various industries. Our work has often been transnational and cross-cultural in its scope, involving the identification, selection and relocation of Executives and Specialists from one country to another. We follow a proven process, which has been refined over the past twenty four years. Our success has in part been due to the rigorous process, as well as judgement and skill, based on experience. There are times when Ad-Search is appropriate. This is generally applies for lower to middle level positions. APMR’s client-focused strategies and principles still apply, giving organisations opportunity to be directly involved in the process. In both Search and Ad-Search, we work closely with you to arrive at a clearly preferred candidate. At all stages you, our client, retain control of the process, guided by our experience. In Search we generally work with a maximum of three clients in any one sector to avoid the potential for conflict of interest. We only work on a retained basis. Fees are agreed and payments made in stages, in accordance with our confidential agreement with our client. We are driven by our clients’ needs and apply our skill and judgment to recommend the most appropriate methodology, e.g. Executive Search, Ad-Search (a combination of advertising and search), or advertising alone, as the means of drawing candidates for a particular role.
