Executive Search and Recruitment is the core business of APMR in Australia and in the Asia Pacific Region. Established 24 years ago by Director Michael Yeend, it is proud of its 98% success rate. Specializing in: Executive Search and Recruitment, Executive Mentoring and Coaching, and Interim Management, it provides outstanding services to organisations seeking the best people for jobs and delivering best practice in the work place.

Our clients in the Asia Pacific Region are predominantly multinational organisations with operations in the Asia Pacific Region, covering countries from the Middle East (Arabian Gulf) through to Japan and the Peoples Republic of China, the Pacific Rim, and Australasia. We have alliance partners in eight countries throughout the Region.

Executive Search is a proactive process that actively and discreetly seeks out people for an employment position for a client. When this process is being used, the position is not usually advertised. People are usually approached ‘head hunted’ by an Executive Search consultant. It uses a specialised and targeted approach to Recruitment and selection.
