APMR provides Executive Coaching and Mentoring to clients seeking to improve business performance through increased organisational effectiveness. Director, Michael Yeend is passionate about assisting people to excel in their roles and organisations to significantly improve performance through their key people. Coaching and Mentoring
APMR delivers practical and proven coaching and mentoring solutions in support of defined business objectives.  Coaching is generally a specific short term (3-6 months) assignment with clear objectives, where as Mentoring is generally a longer term program with broader strategic and tactical expectations; however these definitions are not mutually exclusive.

We also assess clients’ current capabilities, recommending, then implementing results-based process improvement in education and development disciplines.

Our coaching and mentoring service is designed to complement an established HR function, where we bring external expertise to situations.

Our mentoring service provides trusted confidential advice and support to senior executives in sensitive matters.

Our coaching service includes:

  • Individually tailored on- boarding support programs for new appointees, to ensure optimal fit that maximize returns for our client’s organisation.

Change management
APMR delivers practical change management expertise, advice and support to clients undergoing substantial change.

We assess the maturity and capability of clients’ culture, leadership, communication, operation, strategy and people versus corporate objectives. We facilitate the development of strategic alliances and partnerships with organizations and individuals that can assist organizations and individuals in coping with change.

We plan, recommend and then implement necessary, results-based change underpinned by process improvement.
