Selective Working Partnerships
Our stringent corporate policy is to focus on a maximum of three clients within any individual business sector. This ensures that we focus on the clients specific business needs and always avoid the potential for conflict of interest.

Clients differ in the degrees to which they wish to be involved in the selection process. You can participate to whatever extent you wish and as time permits. APMR’s unique process flowchart is discussed with you by one of our team prior to the commencement of work. The chart embodies alternative paths to selection, depending for example on whether an appointment is to be made either internally or externally or both, through an executive search or through advertised recruitment, or both.
